Dries founded meet DWIGHT. He’s responsible for the vision, strategy and shaping how Agentic AI Digital Worker Bots deliver real business value.   

Alongside his day job, Dries holds a number of advisory positions with other technology providers.​ His experience spans ~ 20 years in the Human Capital Management space, with previous leadership positions at SAP and The Access Group.  

Born and raised in the Flemish region of Belgium, Dries moved to (and married in) the UK. Household life is busy with 3 children, 2 dogs and 1 hamster.   

His happy place is in the mountains (skiing) or going on aimless drives through the countryside.

Tatiana joined meet DWIGHT as Chief Operating Officer. She is responsible for operational strategy, organisational scaling, and ensuring the business executes effectively against its growth objectives.

Her experience spans more than 20 years across strategy, operations, and leadership roles in technology-driven organisations. She began her career with Accenture in the United States, before moving into senior positions across Europe.

Over the course of her career, she has built and scaled businesses across multiple sectors, including serving as CEO of Folio, a digital identity company she grew from concept to over one million app downloads. She has also held senior leadership roles at Smartmatic and in corporate development and consulting.

Born and raised in Greece, Tatiana has been based in the UK for over a decade. Her happy place is outdoors, whether that’s walking her miniature schnauzer, Dottie, working on an overly-ambitious terrace garden, or travelling with a camera close at hand.

Tim is Sales Director at meet DWIGHT. He leads the company’s sales organisation and works closely with customers to help them identify where Agentic AI Digital Worker Bots can automate high volume operational processes across their business. 

Tim brings over 15 years of experience in software and SaaS sales, with a focus on helping organisations improve operational efficiency through automation and digital workforce solutions. 

Originally from the UK, Tim spent 15 years living in Australia, where he met his wife, before returning to England. Outside of work he enjoys spending time with his wife and son and is happiest in the kitchen cooking for friends and family.

With more than 20 years of Product and Operations experience in SaaS technology for the recruitment sector, Claire joined meet DWIGHT as Operations Director in 2024. Working closely with Tatiana, she translates strategy into execution—building the processes, systems, and cross‑team alignment that enable the company to scale with clarity and confidence. Claire is passionate about fostering a culture where people and ideas can perform at their best.

Outside of work, she enjoys good food, good wine, and good company. You’ll often find her travelling to new places, spending time with friends and family, or enjoying some quieter moments by the sea with her husband and their dog, Kylo.

Steve Robinson is the Chief Financial Officer at meet DWIGHT, joining the company in August 2024. A seasoned finance leader, Steve brings extensive experience in scaling SaaS and fintech businesses, with a strong track record in financial strategy, governance, and operational leadership.

Prior to joining meet DWIGHT, he held senior finance roles at FullCircl, a UK-based RegTech SaaS platform that helps financial institutions automate client onboarding and compliance. FullCircl was acquired in 2024 by Nasdaq-listed banking technology company nCino in a deal reported to be worth approximately $135 million (£105 million), integrating its customer lifecycle intelligence platform into nCino’s banking ecosystem.

Outside of work, Steve is a lifelong football fan who supports both Charlton Athletic and Chelsea, and still enjoys keeping active by playing regular five-a-side football.

Monica Sidhu leads customer success at meet DWIGHT, helping organisations realise measurable value from their DWIGHT deployments. She works closely with customers and partners to ensure digital workers are implemented effectively, adopted across teams, and deliver tangible operational improvements.

Monica focuses on guiding organisations through their automation journey with clarity and confidence, supporting them from initial deployment through to long-term success as they expand the use of DWIGHT across their operations.

Outside of work, Monica enjoys spending time with friends over a good brunch and indulging her love of shopping and travelling whenever she gets the chance.

Ymkje is Operations Coordinator at meet DWIGHT, assisting the Senior Management team with compliance projects for data security, GDPR & HR. After achieving ISO 27001 accreditation within 6 months with zero non-conformities, her focus has shifted to SOCII & HIPAA. 

Originally from the Netherlands, she began her career as a tech recruiter for the Benelux region before moving into automation projects within recruitment and later joining meet DWIGHT.

Outside work, she’s a busy mum of three, working on her art projects (ballpoint drawing & acrylic paintings), trains weekly in Krav Maga (martial arts) and is very close to achieving her first muscle-up in the gym. Baking is another passion, when time allows!

Laura is an Account Executive at meet DWIGHT, helping organisations cut costs and improve efficiency across back-office operations through intelligent automation.

Before joining meet DWIGHT, Laura spent five years as a 360 Recruitment Consultant, giving her first-hand insight into the operational challenges recruitment agencies face. That experience allows her to work closely with recruitment leaders to automate high-volume, manual processes and create scalable, efficient ways of working.

Outside of work, Laura's a drummer in Diva Purple, an all-female Deep Purple tribute band, and is rarely far from planning her next tattoo.

Will is a Sales Development Representative. His responsibilities are finding the people and businesses who understand the value in automation, to harness true efficiency through process development, and supporting his leadership team with 'dad jokes'.

This is Will's first sales-specific role in a long time. His most recent experience is as an Operations Manager in electric vehicle fleet repair, where he learnt his core skills in developing people and building strong relationships through communication and honesty.

DWIGHT has brought him home from London to his birth county of Essex. His passions away from his desk are mountain biking, motorcycles, listening to acquired music tastes and BBQ (to name a few). 

Abi oversees the deployment of DWIGHT projects, ensuring each implementation is delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. She works closely with clients to make sure their DWIGHT solutions integrate smoothly with existing processes and deliver real operational value.

With over eight years’ experience across project delivery and the recruitment sector, Abi brings a strong understanding of the workflows and operational pressures teams face day to day. Her focus is on making sure automation works in practice, helping organisations reduce admin and run more efficient processes.

Outside of work, Abi enjoys travelling and discovering new places. Her favourite destination is the South of Italy, particularly Puglia. Closer to home, she’s often exploring the UK’s countryside and heritage sites. As a National Trust member, she spends many weekends visiting historic locations with family and friends.

Chris Harris is an Account Executive at meet DWIGHT, where he works with organisations across the UK to identify automation opportunities and deploy digital workers that help teams operate more efficiently and scale without increasing headcount costs.

Chris focuses on helping business leaders understand how DWIGHT can automate repetitive operational processes, integrate fragmented systems, and unlock productivity across the organisation.

Outside of work, sport plays a big role in Chris’s life. He plays semi-professional football and is also a keen cricketer. When he is not on the pitch, he is usually watching sport somewhere, following football and cricket whenever he gets the chance.

Jared Hood is an Account Executive at meet DWIGHT, based in the company’s Florida office, where he works with organisations across the United States to identify opportunities for automation and deploy digital workers that improve operational efficiency and reduce manual workloads.

Before joining meet DWIGHT, Jared worked in healthcare technology, helping hospitals and healthcare systems adopt software platforms that streamline workforce management and operational processes. His experience in the healthcare sector gives him a strong understanding of highly regulated environments and the operational challenges organisations face when managing complex systems and high-volume processes.

Earlier in his career, Jared served as a Combat Medic in the U.S. Army, where he received multiple commendations for providing emergency medical care in high-pressure environments.

Outside of work, Jared enjoys staying active and spending time outdoors, bringing the same discipline and teamwork he developed in the military into both his professional and personal life.

Claire Fernandes is an Account Executive at meet DWIGHT, where she partners with US temp, contractor, and locum staffing firms to help them scale their back-office operations through automation. She works closely with leadership teams to identify operational bottlenecks, map workflows, and demonstrate how DWIGHT can streamline compliance, credentialling, onboarding, timesheets, and payroll processes within their existing systems.

Born in El Salvador and raised in South Florida, Claire brings resilience, energy, and a people-first approach to every conversation.

Outside of work, her happy place is at the beach or exploring nature. She enjoys staying active, with Pilates being a true passion.
