At meet DWIGHT, we specialise in delivering Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions that automate client business processes including onboarding workflows, form processing and operational procedures.

We are registered in England and Wales under company number 15082183 and have our registered office at 801 London Road, Westcliff-On-Sea, England, SS0 9SY.

What this Privacy Notice covers

This Privacy Notice covers the processing of personal information where meet DWIGHT acts as the data controller. We act as the data controller when meet DWIGHT exercises overall control of the personal information processed – in other words, when we decide how personal information is collected, stored and used.

This Privacy Notice does not apply to data we process as the data processor. It also does not apply to our employees or recruitment process.

What personal information we process about you

Depending on the circumstances we interact with you, we may process the following personal information:

We may collect the following information indirectly:

Our use of AI and Profiling

We do not use AI or profiling in a way that has legal or similarly significant effects.

Like most companies, we sometimes need to share your personal information with third parties to help provide our service to you.

The categories of third parties we may share your personal data with include product and service providers, customer and prospect management services, event and webinar services, data storage solutions, advertising partners and communications tools).

Where we need to store your personal information outside of the United Kingdom, we make sure your personal information remains subject to the same robust protections as it would be in the United Kingdom. For example, we either:

How long we keep your personal information for

We only ever keep your personal information for as long as we have a legitimate business reason or legal obligation to retain it. When we no longer have a business reason to keep your information, we securely delete it.
